Joris Swinkels

I am father of two boys, entrepreneur, rebel and visionary in heart and soul, creator of new organizations and creative structures. I get my satisfaction from achieving the greatest possible (ethically responsible) impact. I work with executives and entrepreneurs who want to do more than fully. Creative Consciousness has given me the insights and the tools to translate universal principles of our existence into individual personal processes and business strategies. If everything is in line, the human being is the happiest and the most impactful. </ P>

I come from an 'entrepreneurial family' and have made the choice not to take over the parental company but to start a career in the physical health care. After a number of specializations, including A & O, I went into the entrepreneurial path and started 7 organizations. In 2009 I started to specialize in the mental side of human behavior by following the Creative Consciousness Coach training and since 2010 the Transformative Trainer training. When I became the father of my first son in 2012, I decided to sell most businesses and focus on my biggest passion, Transformative Trainer & amp; Coach. </ P>

I came into contact with Creative Consciousness in South Africa during a sabbatical in 2009, after I had decided two years earlier that the helm had to go. After years of working as an engineer and manager in civil engineering, I realized more and more that I preferred to do something 'socially', as an entrepreneur, as a coach and as a trainer. "But how I would manage that, I had no idea. I had given myself ten years to get there. "Following the Creative Consciousness curriculum turned out to clear the way. "I already coached people when I was a manager, but since 2011 I have been working fulltime on coaching and giving trainings." </ P>

"I do not really have special areas for attention. I've been a manager so I know where they run into and I understand their language. But when I coach managers, we usually tend to broaden. Because I have been against a burnout I have special affinity with people in that situation. I have a feeling for it and get people back on track again quickly, because they are going to make new choices and understand what is in their way. Helping people find the balance and dare to say no again, staying closer to themselves; I'm fine. "</ p>

I had a sabbatal and was at a crossroads in my life. I wanted to think about what I wanted in terms of work for the coming years, then I came into contact with the Master 1 training ... and for me it hit like a bomb. A comprehensive view of life, in which I could place much of what I had done before on consciousness work, all pieces of the puzzle fell into place! Wow! In addition, many challenging exercises that promote self-insight and that challenge to see new things about yourself AND with a lot of practical tools to get to work on this in daily life.

The translation into everyday life life is so well thought of and so powerful. I am proud and happy that I now have the job where I see a future that goes far beyond my usual four to six years .... that I am (even) more aware of my responsibility for my own life, my happiness and for the choices I make, for the relationships that I embrace, for the human being of myself ... in short for my creative powers, my creative powers. This is really a fantastic training that everyone should give themselves. Choose it and experience it yourself and you too will become the change you want to achieve in your life.
